İnternet alışverişi - Internet shopping

İnternet'ten çok nadir alışveriş yaparım. Almak istediğim şey her neyse onu görmek, ona dokunmak isterim normalde, bu almayı hedeflediğim bir kitap bile olsa... Tatil dönüşü almak istediğim bir kaç kitap vardı ve hayatımda ilk kez daha uygun fiyatları sebebiyle İnternet'ten sipariş vereyim dedim. Bazı dönemler normal rutinimin dışında çok kitap okuyorum ve çok para veriyorum kitaplara. Kitap dediğin 1 gün, hadi bilemedin 2 günde bitiveriyor, hele de sürükleyici ise. Bu sebepten dolayı İdefix'ten ısmarladım istediğim kitapları. Bir kaç gün sonra bir kargo geldi, üzerine baktım İdefix ile hiç alakası olmayan bir isim, başka bir yerden geldi sanarak kargoyu teslim aldım. Paketi açtığımda kitapların geldiğini fakat 1 tanesinin eksik olduğunu fark ettim ve hemen İdefix'i aradım bunu bildirmek için. Telefona çıkan hanım bana kargo'dan teslim alırken kontrol etmiş olmam gerektiğini ifade ettiyse de ben gelen paketin onlardan geldiğini bile anlamadığımı ve zaten de paketi getiren kişinin çok acelesi olduğunu hatta benim nüfus cüzdanımı getirmemi bile bekleyemediğini anlattım. Sonrasında ise müşteri hizmetlerini durumu anlatan bir mail attım. Kısa bir süre sonra mailime hatanın giderileceği ve ilgili departmanın araştırmalarını tamamlayarak "en kısa sürede" kitabımı bana yollayacaklarına dair bir cevap geldi. Bu dediğim olay Eylül ayının başında oldu, bende açıkçası unuttum, gitti...
Cuma öğlen  internetten yaptığım Tchibo alışverişim geldi. Baktım Yurt içi kargo ve getirende yine aynı kişi. Daha önceki deneyimimden hareketle paketin içini kontrol etmek istediğimi söyledim ama görevli böyle bir şeye izin vermediklerini sonra problem çıkarsa onların başına kaldığını ifade etti. Ben yinede paketi açmaya çalışırken hızla uzaklaştığını fark ettim. Neyse ki bu kez paketin içeriği tam çıktı ama ben de anladım ki internetten yapılan alışverişi kontrol etmek gibi bir imkan yok. (yada kargo şirketine bağlı) Ve tabii ki hatırladım İdefix'ten eksik gelen kitabımı, müşteri hizmetlerine "en kısa süre" kavramının onlar için neyi ifade ettiğini soran aynı zamanda da çalıştıkları kargo firmasının "gelen paketi kontrol ettirmeme" prensibini ifade eden bir mail attım. Bir kaç saat sonra kitabı tedarikçisinden beklediklerine ve en kısa sürede yollayacaklarına dair bir cevap geldi. Bakalım nasıl sonuçlanacak ama eğer durum böyleyse internet alışverişi sıkıntılı, hadi benim elime geçmeyen 16 liralık bir kitap ama daha kıymetli bir şey de olabilirdi.

I occasionaly do some internet shopping. Whatever product I plan to buy, normally I want to see and touch it, even if this is a book that I intend to buy.... After I returned back from my holiday I had a few books that I wanted to buy and first time in my life I decided to order it from the internet because of the cheaper prices. At some points in my life I tend to read more books then my standard routine so I pay a lot. A book is over in a day or two, especially if it is fluent. For this reason I ordered my books from İdefix. A few days later the delivery came. I looked at the package but it was from a different sender and I took the package from the delivery man thinking it was from another place. When I opened my package I realized it was from İdefix but one of the books that I'de ordered was missing. I immediately called İdefix. The lady who was on the phone told me that I'de needed to check the package before accepting it so I told her that I didn't even realize it was from them because of the sender and also even if I had realized this I still wouldn't have the chance to do so as the delivery man was in a hurry and he couldn't even wait for me to go get my ID. After our phone call I emailed my problem to their customer services department. Shortly after I recieved an answer from them telling me that this will be corrected and they will send me the missing book in "short time". All this happened in the beginning of September and actually I'de forgotten all about this.  
Friday at midday my internet shopping  came. I realized it was again the same cargo company and the same man. Remembering my prior experience I told him that I wanted to check inside the box but the cargo man told me that they don't allow this because if something is missing in the packages they are blamed for it. Despite this, while I was trying to open the box to make a quick check of the items I realized he had gone. Any way, this time my package content was correct. But in the end I understood that we don't have the chance to check our internet shopping at the point of delivery. (or maybe it depends on the cargo company). All this made me remember my missing book from İdefix so I again emailed a message to customer services asking them what they mean when saying "short time" and also informing them that their cargo companies principle of not allowing a check at point of delivery. In a couple of hours I recieved an answer telling me that they are waiting for the book from supplier and I will recieve it in short time. We'll see how it will turn out, but if this is the case about internet shopping its a bit troublesome, my missing item is only 16 lira book but it could have been something dearer.

I want to share the stuff that I bought. I tried all my cutters and they are performing well enough... Zigzag cutting, smal and big wavy cutting... Of course there are also straight cutters...
