Şemsiyeli kız - Girl with umbrella

Bu da yine bir tablet bilgisayar kılıfı, üzerini ise şemsiyeli bir kadın süslüyor. Yağmurlar başlayınca Şemsiyeli ve pardesülü olmasını mevsimsel ahval ve şartlara çok uygun buldum. Paris te gezerken pek öyle mağaza filan bakmadım nasılsa bir şey almayacağım diye. Fakat bir mağaza beni içine çekti resmen. Adı Desigual ve içindeki tüm kıyafetler hipi yada bohem tarzda. Tüm ürünleri çiçekli,işlemeli hatta etekleri genelde eğri kesimli... Mağazanın içerisindeki  her şeye gönül gezdirdim, hatta işlemeli bir ayakkabılar vardı elimden bırakamadım. Fakat tabii fiyatları oldukça yüksek olduğu için bir süre sonra bilincim yerine geldi ve girdiğim gibi aynen çıktım mağazanın içinden, sonrada tekrar bilincimi yitirme olasılığına karşı o mağazayı nerede görsem, görmezden geldim. İşte o mağazada çiçekli ve işlemeli pardesüler, paltolar vardı. Aşağıdaki kızımın pardesüsünün çiçekli olması şimdi resimlerine bakarken bana o mağazadaki muhteşem pardesüleri anımsattı. 

This is another tablet case dressed with a women holding an umbrella. I found it to be very suitable with the seasonal conditions as the rains have started. When I was in Paris I didn't look at any shops as I was not in the intention of buying anything. But there was a shop that actually sucked me inside. Name is Desigual and everything inside has a hippy or bohemian style. All the products are flowery, embroidered and even most of the skirt parts were crooked... I desired to buy everything they had in the shop, I even  couldn't let go of a pair of embroidered shoes. But as the prices were high and my consciousness came back again in time I left the shop empty handed. Afterwards whenever I saw the shop I acted as if it wasn't there just in the fear of losing my consciousness back again. In that shop they had flowery and embroided raincoats and coats. Now lookiing in the photos below just reminded me of those gorgeous coats. 

Kapama kısmını yaparken evde cam boncuklarımı buldum ve onlardan birini kullandım. Diğer renkli boncuklar ise benim geçmişteki polimer kil boncuk çalışmalarımdan. Fotoğrafı çok yakından çektiğim için sanırım biraz bulanık çıkmış bu boncuklar...

While I was making the closure part I found my glass beads in the house and used one of them for it. The other colored beads are products of my polimer clay work in the past. The picture of these beads look a little bit blurry, I guess because I took their picture from a very short distance.

Bugün günümü yine boya yaparak geçirdim ama henüz bitmedi, bitince paylaşacağım, ve ne boyadım? işte o sürprizzzz.... Akşam da bir arkadaşımla yemeğe gittik. Benimki de "ekmek bulamıyorsan pasta ye" hesabı, evde yemek yoksa, dışarıda ye gibi oldu. Bu arkadaşım, kocamın briç ortağı, her salı beraber briç oynuyorlar. Bende bir sene boyu briç kursuna gittim ama oynayacak cesaretim hiç yok. Zaten kursu bıraktım, hiç bir şey hatırlamıyorum. Öyle çok kural var ki. Kursta tabii kolay, karşıdaki ne diyor anlamak için aç defterini bak, ama oynamak... yok o beni aşıyor, o kadar cesur değilim ben. Sanırım genç yaşta öğrenilecek bir oyun bu, ben 40 lı yaşlarımın ortasında bir yerde öğrenmeye kalkışınca adapte olamadım, gitti., Neyse... bende koca yok, onda ortak kayıp, biz de dışarıda yedik içtik... Bir arkadaşımız daha katıldı sonradan, pek keyifli oldu...
Bugün önceki günlerde yapmış olduğum bir başka ipad kılıfı paylaşacağım. Bununla ilgili ne düşünüyorsunuz?

Today, again I spent my day on painting something but couldn't finish it, when finished I will share. And what did I paint? and that will be a surprise... We went out with a friend for dinner. It's like "if you can't find bread to eat, eat a cake" kind of thing, if there's nothing left to eat in the house go outside to eat. This friend of mine is my husbands bridges partner, they play the game every Tuesday. I went to a bridges course for one year but I still don't have any courage to play. I left the course and I don't remember anything. There are so many rules. It's easy in the course, when your partner talks, open your notebook and look, but playing... no, that's something bigger then me, I'm not that brave. I think this is a game that one should learn in the early ages, when I started to learn it, in the middle of my 40's I couldn't adapt. What ever... I don't have a husband and my friend's partner is missing, so we were out dining and wining... Another friend joined us later on, it was good fun...
Today I will share another ipad case, that I did in the previous days. What do think of it?

iPad çantası - iPad case

Nükhet arkadaşım o kadar ısrarla bana iPad kılıfı yap diyor ki. En son Cumartesi yine beraberdik ve o yine iPad kılıfı deyince ısrarla, bende yapayım bari dedim. Benim iPad'im yok, dolayısıyla bir iPad kılıfında insanın beklentisi ne olabilir, hiç bir fikrimde yok. Arkadaşım bana bir hafta sonu iPad ini getirecekti ve ben ona göre yapacaktım bir şey, buna karar vermiştik ama aklıma geleni hemen yapmam gerektiğini (Sabırsızlık, sanırım bunun tanımı) ikimizde atladık. Sabah uyandım, "iPad kılıfı yapmalıyım, hemde hemen" duygusuyla. İnternet'ten bulduğum ölçülerle diktim bu kılıfı. Birde iPad çantası nasıl olurmuşu anlamak için İnternet teki resimlere baktım. Hep böyle daracık, minicik kılıflar var.
Yahuu bu aletin şarj kablosu, kulaklığı, yok mu??? Varsa, kimse taşımaz mı yanında???

My friend Nukhet is insisting that I should sew an iPad case. We were together with her again on Saturday and when she repeated her wish about the case, I thought I might make one. I don't own a iPad so I have no idea what one would expect from a iPad case. My friend was supposed to bring me her iPad in the weekend and I would do something accordingly. That was the decision but we both missed out that I immediately need to do the thing that comes to my mind (I think the definition for this is impatience). I woke up in the morning with the feeling "I need to make an ipad case, urgently". I sew this case with the dimensions that I found from the internet. Plus I had a look at the cases on the net to have a basic understanding of what it is. All of them are narrow and tiny cases. 
Doesn't this thing have a charge cable, headphones??? If it does, doesn't anybody carry them together with the equipment???
